Because GuideCrate products are digital and delivered immediately, sales are generally final once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

When refunds may be approved

• You accidentally purchased the same item more than once
• You were charged but did not receive access to the product
• A technical issue on GuideCrate's side prevented delivery

When refunds are usually not approved

• You changed your mind after purchase
• The file downloaded successfully
• You expected content that was not specifically promised on the product page
