Because GuideCrate products are digital and instantly delivered, all sales are considered final once the file has been downloaded.

When Refunds Are Approved

We will issue a refund only if:

• You accidentally purchased the same item twice
• You never received access to the download
• A technical issue on our end prevented access

Non-Refundable Situations

• Changed your mind after purchase
• Downloaded the file successfully
